Description
Reviewing and managing revenue optimizing software (Yieldstar, LRO, AIRM)
- make recommendations and set daily pricing.

  • Developing and managing a tech strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Identifying opportunities for innovation that enhance efficiency, growth and profit.
  • Assessing current technology and evaluating efficiency, performance, and security
  • Evaluating and managing relationships with vendors and partners
You will work directly with the COO and executive team in cross-functional system related projects. You will work directly with on-site teams to ensure user proficiency and compliance.

Pay:
$100, $120,000.00 per year


Schedule:
8 hour shift


Experience:

Property management: 3 years (preferred)
