Currently, more than engineers work for us to realize and sustainably maintain new bridges, tunnels, train stations, tracks, and signal systems - but that's not nearly enough.

As an engineer at Deutsche Bahn, you can plan, manage, or supervise something that will remain:
the infrastructure for future generations.

We are currently looking for you as a project manager (specialist) for planning (m/f/d) at DB Engineering & Consulting GmbH in Karlsruhe, starting as soon as possible.

This is a "Where you want" job:

In consultation with your supervisor, you can choose your place of work within Germany and decide between mobile work and working in the office.

Your tasks:

You independently lead, monitor, and control complex planning projects
You coordinate all planning participants, taking into account the schedule and your expertise
You are responsible for meeting the project's deadlines, quality, and cost goals
You proactively manage risks, contracts, and additional services
You are a partner and advisor to our clients and all relevant stakeholders
You ensure project success while considering entrepreneurial principles and processes

Your profile:

You have successfully completed your studies in electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable education
You have several years of professional experience in the processing and handling of planning projects for (railway) infrastructure projects, especially in equipment
