- Ensuring compliance with IATF standards and contributing to global Quality Management System initiatives.
- Updating and maintaining relevant procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Addressing customer complaints and sharing insights on quality improvements.
- Conducting audits, training colleagues, and managing quality personnel.
- Setting department objectives, leading health, safety, and environmental activities.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in automotive manufacturing.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
- Familiarity with automotive core tools and lab equipment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with customers and suppliers.
