The company has surpassed $100M+ in ARR, employs 700+ people, and serves a customer base that includes a majority of the Fortune 500, major public-sector organizations, and large global enterprises.
After several years of hypergrowth, the company is now in a hyperscale phase, with a clear roadmap toward $500M+ ARR and an IPO within the next two years.
About The Role
This is a founding sales role, sitting on a newly created team responsible for launching and scaling a next-generation agentic AI product.
You'll be part of the first cohort of sellers, helping define how autonomous AI is sold into enterprise and high-volume hiring environments. This is an inside sales role (phone + Zoom), selling nationwide, with minimal travel.
This team acts as the front door for new AI products, with a clear internal path into Enterprise and Strategic sales for top performers.
