Pressure Washing Technician

Compensation:
$17-$20 hourly

Travel to multiple locations in Florida

Must be authorized to work in the United States
Berman performs daily and nightly pressure washing services and we are seeking experienced technicians to join our growing team.

Pressure Washing services include but are not limited to pressure washing the concrete sidewalks, entryways, and other needed areas of facilities and various properties.

The pressure washing trailer unit in addition to portable units will have a high-pressure, hot water system and is pulled by a truck.

The position is full-time with a typical work schedule of:

Monday
Friday 7:AM
4:PM (with some holidays, nights, and weekends)

Responsibilities included but are not limited to,

Perform pressure washing services at multiple locations.
Ensure all required jobs are attended to in the company software system.
Follow a proactive model for pressure washing maintenance and repairs.
Maintain all equipment and client assets assigned to the highest standards.
Work in a clean and safe manner.
Participate in the company "oncall" program as needed.
Assist in troubleshooting problems or issues by helping team members.
Perform the equipment inventory and inspection process.
Must be able to take before and after photos of work companyprovided technology.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements,

2 years of experience in pressure washing services including driving with a pressure washing trailer.
Must have the ability to work independently, with limited supervision, and make sound decisions quickly.
Must have a valid Florida driver's license, and a good driving record.
Must be flexible with work schedules, and be able to work overnight shifts often, in addition to some daytime assignments.
Must have a high standard of integrity and reliability.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
Demonstrate selfmotivation and a successful history in previous positions.
Clear communication, and the ability to read, write and speak English proficiently.
Familiarity with interfacing with technology (tablets/smartphones) used to systematically monitor.
Bilingual a plus (English and Spanish)
References will be checked and verified.
Clean Criminal Background
Must pass a driving background check and be insurable through our insurance carrier.
