Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Biologist/Project Manager to join our team.
Duties:
- Prepare budgets and proposals for prospective projects
- Manage budgets and work schedules for active projects, oversee project implementation
- Coordinate with regulatory agencies regarding project permits and related matters
- Prepare Initial Study Biological Assessments according to Ventura County standards
- Coordinate with subconsultants and subcontractors
- Perform field work (wetland delineation, vegetation surveys, habitat assessments, biological and botanical surveys)
- Prepare GIS Maps and collect GPS data
- Biological and construction monitoring
- Client relations
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Good verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Computer literate
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Must have valid CA driver's license and clean DMV record
- Must comply with all company safety and personnel policies
- Must work as a team member, and be punctual and reliable
Pay:
From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
