- Support in the arrangements for the yearly convention.
- Manage registration entries and updates; organize vendor documentation in the database.
- Handle mass email distributions and aid in communications.
- Arrange travel arrangements for members; process and document weekly payments.
- Handle inquiries via inbox and phone related to the convention.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience; Must hold a bachelor's degree.
- Proficient in operating QuickBooks.
- Excellent customer service skills and strong verbal/written communication abilities.
- Self-motivated individual with diplomacy and an aptitude for teamwork.
- Compensation: $20 per hour
- Temporary role for approximately 5 months.
- Hybrid work schedule
- Office location accessible via metro.
