Description

The Boarding Agent is responsible for the coordination of operations/administrative functions associated with vessel port calls.


Duties include:
Board vessels in port.

Assist with billing procedures.

Prepare government/agency documentation.

Communicate with clients.

Perform related duties as assigned.

Required Skills:
Good organizational skills.
Ability to multi-task.

Able to lift 50 pounds.
Possess a valid driver's license. Possess or able to obtain a valid TWIC card.

Excellent verbal/written communication skills

Willing to work sometimes long/irregular hours.

Adapt to a sometimes high intensity work environment. Ships/ports operate 24/7/365.

Foreign language skills a plus.


Pay:
$50, $70,000.00 per year
