We are based in downtown St. Petersburg and are rapidly growing in all departments. We're seeking an energetic and skilled Coordinator who can attract the best talent available to join our team.


GENERAL DESCRIPTION:


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


Recruitment:


  • Collaborate with the Chief Product & Risk Officer and the Practice Director who leads the People and Culture Committee to review the capacity plan, understand staffing needs, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Create and advertise new positions on the company's ATS system, various job boards, university websites, and other relevant platforms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging job advertisements.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate interview logistics.
  • Manage interview feedback and updates from hiring managers.
  • Ensure compliance with all firm policies and legal regulations throughout the recruitment process.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR recruitment.
  • Suggest improvements to the recruitment process based on data analysis.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Proven experience as a recruiter.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in using HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Professional demeanor with effective communication, leadership, and time management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection techniques.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with aptitude in conducting interviews.
  • Thorough understanding of EEO, ADA, and other related employment laws and guidelines.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • At least two years of human resources or related experience a plus
  • SHRM's Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential a plus.
**OTHER QUALIFICATION

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
