Reha-Südwest gGmbH is offering a position for you as a
Special Education Teacher (m/f/d) in Early Intervention at the
Interdisciplinary Early Intervention Center in
Karlsruhe starting at the earliest possible date.

This position can be part-time or full-time with 19.5 to 39 hours per week and is permanent.


Your main responsibility will be to provide special education support for children with developmental delays and/or disabilities from birth to school entry, with the goal of promoting self-determination in all areas of the child's life.


Your tasks

  • You conduct a comprehensive needs assessment using various developmental diagnostic tools and create individual support and treatment plans.
  • You design the individual process of special education support in a 1:1 setting.
  • You develop individual educational concepts and implement the resulting educational measures in close interdisciplinary coordination with therapeutic professionals.
  • You maintain a trusting relationship with the child's parents and other caregivers.
  • You work closely with our interdisciplinary team and collaborate with network partners such as pediatricians and preschools.
