    Description

    Assist the Vice President of Operations in the daily functions of office management. The person would be responsible for contract administration from sending out bids to our customers, review of contracts, booking sales, and setting up job files. In addition, this person would be responsible for accounts payable duties such as recording vendor invoices, sub-contractor payroll and paperwork, and cuttng weekly payable checks.

    This person in the role would need to be detail oriented and organized, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, knowledge of all Microsoft office products, knowledge of Sage Accounting software would be a plus, responsible, able to multi-task, understand the need for confidentiality and discretion, and the willingness to respond and support off-hours as needed.

    This position in in-office, Monday - Frida, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
