- Execute end-to-end projects including gathering requirements, gap analysis, designing solutions, system configuration, test planning and execution and deployment;
- Maintain Workday infrastructure and take responsibility for upgrades and integration changes following change control guidelines;
- Support HR function including delivering HR metrics, complex reporting, dashboards and analytics;
- Meet regularly with HR functional areas to analyze business needs, improve workflows and develop solutions to complex system problems;
- Review business processes, identify options, and recommend and execute configuration changes for optimization;
- Develop testing strategies, plans, cases, conditions and tests, monitor testing efforts, and review and approve system behaviors to ensure alignment with business requirements;
- Resolve system-related technical issues impacting end-user experience, data integrity, carrier file integrations, and overall end-to-end system functionality; and
- Act as primary liaison for Workday and IT support resources.
- 2 years of experience working with multiple HR systems;
- 2 years of experience supporting business processes and workflows for HR, Payroll, Recruiting, Learning Management, Finance and Accounting functions;
- 2 years of business process re-engineering experience including upgrades and enhancements;
- 1 year of data conversion, systems integration, file management, configuration and testing experience;
- 1 year of experience training leaders/new hires on HR system and developing learning materials (documentation);
- 1 year of HR system security administration experience.
