Description

Responsibilities
Complete all glass replacement and repair work according to business requirements.

Satisfies or surpasses client expectations

Complete the required paperwork and documentation as soon as possible.

Install windshields and auto glass from a mobile operation unit

Repair chips and other glass damage

Interact with customers to ensure customer satisfaction with a job well done

Process payments from mobile customers

Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude

R&I, R&R, and glass saving is a plus.

Perform ADAS recalibration as needed on certain vehicles


Qualifications
Excellent focus

strong attendance and work ethic

Independent working ability

clean driving record and background

excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently

Must be able to maneuver around vehicles to position yourself safely during installations

Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning

Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary

Must have a valid driver's license

Experiance the the automotive industry as a mechanic or similar role

• Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (required)
• Glass installation: 2 years (required)
• Vehicle maintenance: 2 years (preferred)
• Hand tools: 2 years (preferred)

License/Certification:
