Project Manager for HVAC Systems (Ventilation and Air Conditioning) in Glenmont, OH

Responsibilities:

  • Manage technical and commercial aspects of regional projects in the field of HVAC systems, with a focus on ventilation and air conditioning
  • Prepare proposals, cost calculations, and performance specifications
  • Lead project teams
  • Create factory and installation plans
  • Negotiate with clients and suppliers
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors from different trades
  • Monitor costs and deadlines
  • Manage contract amendments

Requirements:

  • Degree, technician or master's in the field of building services engineering, building technology, refrigeration system technology, or energy and heat technology
  • Professional experience in project planning and management in plant construction
  • Knowledge of multiple trades is desirable
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations (DIN, VDI) and contract law (VOB, BGB)
