Job Summary

Seeking a highly ambitious, career-oriented professional to work assisting in the operating and selling of units at our busy self-storage facility in
Ceres, CA on Sundays 10 am - 4 pm and Mondays.

9 am -6 pm.

Benefits and Perks
- $17 / hr plus commision
- $10.00 for every storage unit rented on days you work alone, which we estimate to equate to an additional $1.00 -$2.00 per hour - bringing the
combined potential equivalent compensation to between $18 and $19 per hour

Responsibilities and Duties

Oversight of all daytoday operations
Provides outstanding customer service including assessing and resolving customer queries and problems and professionally
Completes leases and other documentation in a neat and orderly manner
Maintains exemplary curb appeal in both our office and throughout that facility, including sweeping units, cleaning hallways and disposing of debris

Qualifications and Skills

Sales and marketing experience or mindset
Passion for interacting with the public
Meticulous attention to detail and organization skills
Proficient with technology including CRMs, web browsers, and the Microsoft Office Suite
Previous property management experience a plus
