JOB TITLE:
AM&E Analyst


Location:
Remote

This project will provide a broad range of assessment, monitoring, and evaluation (AM&E) support to DSCA.

Project tasks will include desk and field research, analysis, data collection and visualization, strategy development, policy writing and coordination, distribution list management, AM&E capacity building, event organizing and facilitation, and administrative backstopping.


Responsibilities

  • Provide daytoday research, analysis, and program support services.
  • Conduct field evaluations.
  • Provide technical and strategic guidance on AM&E.
  • Manage AM&E projects and tasks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Three (3) years of AM&E experience, including analyzing and summarizing disparate information in a clear and concise manner, drafting data collection methodologies, creating organizational work plans based on higherlevel goals, leading and coordinating multiple offices through multiple step processes without being a direct supervisor, and supporting staff with a variety of levels of knowledge and capabilities.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills to deal effectively with mid and high level partner contacts, the host government, and local communities.
  • Excellent computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheet programs and data base management.
  • Eligible for a DoD Secret clearance.
