Technical Support - Springville, UT, United States - Emerald Enterprises
Description
We are expanding our support team and are looking for you to handle our customer inquiries and complaints in Springville, UT.
Your responsibilities include:
- Receiving, processing, and responding to inquiries and issues via phone, email, and remote support
- Organizing, prioritizing, and potentially forwarding customer concerns to other departments
- Tracking and ensuring service level agreements are met
- Documenting using Jira and Confluence
You bring with you:
- You have completed training as an IT specialist or have comparable qualifications and have gained some professional experience.
- You have a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
- Even in difficult situations, you remain professional and maintain an organized approach.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in German.
Desirable skills:
- Good knowledge of current Microsoft operating systems
- SQL knowledge and/or knowledge of C#
- Knowledge of IT networks and virtualization
- Willingness to learn and further develop skills
- Previous experience in a clinical setting
