We are expanding our support team and are looking for you to handle our customer inquiries and complaints in Springville, UT.


Your responsibilities include:


  • Receiving, processing, and responding to inquiries and issues via phone, email, and remote support
  • Organizing, prioritizing, and potentially forwarding customer concerns to other departments
  • Tracking and ensuring service level agreements are met
  • Documenting using Jira and Confluence

You bring with you:


  • You have completed training as an IT specialist or have comparable qualifications and have gained some professional experience.
  • You have a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
  • Even in difficult situations, you remain professional and maintain an organized approach.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in German.

Desirable skills:


  • Good knowledge of current Microsoft operating systems
  • SQL knowledge and/or knowledge of C#
  • Knowledge of IT networks and virtualization
  • Willingness to learn and further develop skills
  • Previous experience in a clinical setting
