    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about working with their hands, have a keen eye for detail, and take pride in their craft. Candidates must pass a welding test.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Read and interpret project plans and blueprints.
    • Perform various welding processes, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
    • Ensure work is done safely and meets quality standards.
    • Follow, create, and help maintain Welding Procedure Specifications.
    • Set up welding equipment, including the adjustment of the welding machine to suit the job at hand.
    • Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety.

    Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of proven experience as a welder.
    • Welding certification from a recognized institution.
    • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
    • Knowledge of relative safety standards and willingness to use protective clothing (face-shield, gloves, etc.).
    • Able to pass a welding test.
    • Deftness and attention to detail.
    • Proficient in English.
    • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant professional/vocational qualification is a plus.
