    Repairtech International, Inc is a state of the art FAA repair station providing innovative repair development to clients around the world. Repairtech's expertise in repair design for mechanical aircraft parts in the commercial and military aviation industries has been utilized since 1978.

    Repairtech is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join its team You must enjoy being a self starter and working in a proactive growing in-house machine shop. We are looking for candidates whose priority is about building relationships.     Job Responsibilities:

    • Log customer parts, serialize, create work orders, print routers and check for missing information.
    • Inspect customer parts through preliminary visual assessment, document repair into Shoptech.
    • System and move parts within 24 hours to the shop floor.
    • Route Packages; stamp date, check list, router verifications and ship customer purchase orders.
    • Serve as back up for the following: coordinate with vendors for pick up and track parts that have been outsourced. Check for defects with outsourced parts, suppliers, and inform inspection.
    • Serve as backup for inspection department with in-process and final inspection of parts.
    • Close out purchase orders.
    • Label inserts for stockroom and raw materials.

    Requirements:

    • Basic computer skills, Word, Excel and database experience.
    • Flexible, one-step-ahead, attention to details, and common sense.
    • Must have written, reading and verbal skills.
    • Prior experience with parts and repairs and/or interest in mechanical hobbies.

    Education and/or Experience:

    • High School graduate or GED
    • 1 to 2 years experience within Shipping and Receiving

    Additional Skills for Further Consideration a Plus:

    • Experience and/or Interest in the following manufacturing industries: aviation, automotive, machine shop, steel, mechanical parts supplier.
