Project/Task Supervisor

HOW A PROJECT/TASK SUPERVISOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Manages and is responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in assigned project. Supervises up to 15 employees.
- Describe interactions with the team to achieve the mission
- Indicate how they will work with the team to resolve challenges
- Highlight any unique team dynamics
- Add relevant responsibilities and describe why work is meaningful
- Specify how they will use relevant skills or technologies in the role
- Provides technical, administrative, and operational leadership to assigned task(s), including contract and subcontractor management.
- Supervises assigned staff.
- Participates in the development of technical project plans, proposals, reports, and task order and administrative reporting.
- May perform highlevel technical services on assigned task(s).
- Conducts planning and provides recommendations to customer on task workload.
- Attends customer meetings and may serve as primary customer liaison.
- Interacts with vendors, other agencies, and other Government staff on behalf of the customer.
- Coordinates development of deliverables and products.
- Ensures quality assurance of project deliverables.
- Participates in special projects, as required.
