Job Description:
Associate will be working with unique machines but must have a drive to learn.
Need associates capable of operating our production machinery/work stations productively and safely. Manual lifting up to 50 lbs unassisted along with no lifting above the shoulder. Responsible for quality checks and reading of a tape measure.

Duties:
- Willingness to work safely by following all procedures and policies required.
- Responsible for operating the production machinery to make silt fence products - willing to train.
- Machine Operator background preferred.
- Mechanically-inclined applicants also preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs to waist height. (This is not a continuous requirement)
- Professional, courteous attitude toward work and ability to communicate work-related issues clearly.
- Responsible for housekeeping in immediate work areas.
- Work overtime as needed.
- This is not a warehouse/forklift position but operation of machines.
- We are looking for individuals that are willing to come to work every day and show up on the first day. Individuals with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn and grow.

Work Hours:
M-F 7am - 4pm 1-hour lunch unpaid.

Pay:
$17.00 per hour

Expected hours:
No less than 40 per week
