    Job Title: Senior Litigation Paralegal

    Position Type: Full-time

    Salary: $65,000-$80,000 depending on experience + incentive bonus.

    Job Description:

    We are seeking an experienced Senior litigation Paralegal to join our team with a focus on litigation management and client intake. The ideal candidate must be comfortable leveraging, integrating, and teaching the latest technology tools.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Handle initial client intake and make informed recommendations on client acceptance to the responsible attorney.
    2. Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and precedents to support case preparation.
    3. Mange the firm's docket and calendar.
    4. Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, and agreements.
    5. Assist attorneys in preparing for hearings, trials, and closings by organizing case materials and evidence.
    6. Manage and maintain case files, including organizing documents, correspondence, and other case-related materials.
    7. Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in legal proceedings.
    8. Assist with case management tasks, including meetings, and court appearances.
    9. Prepare and file legal documents with courts, government agencies, and other relevant entities.
    10. Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, and other stakeholders to provide updates and gather information.
    11. Stay current with changes in laws, regulations, and legal procedures relevant to the firm's practice areas.

    Requirements:

    1. Minimum of 4 years of litigation experience with a law firm.
    2. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
    3. Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
    4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    5. Proficiency in using Microsoft Exchange, Teams, SharePoint and related MS tools, in addition to Clio, Westlaw and eDiscovery platforms.
    6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    1. Certification as a paralegal from an accredited program.
    2. Experience in employment law.
    3. Fluency in a second language, particularly Spanish, is a plus.
