We are currently seeking a full-time
HR Specialist (m/f/d) to strengthen our team in personnel management.

Your responsibilities:

As an HR Specialist, you will support a defined group of employees in all matters related to hiring, payroll, and termination, and serve as a point of contact for employees and managers.
In this role, you will ensure monthly payroll processing using payroll and scheduling software.
You will handle all labor, collective bargaining, and social security law issues.
Your tasks will include organizing and supporting personnel selection processes with the help of a fully digitalized application process.
As part of the HR team, you will have the opportunity to participate in projects based on your interests and preferences.
You will create adhoc evaluations in Excel and presentations in PowerPoint.
You will promote and support collaboration with external stakeholders such as authorities and educational institutions.

Your profile:

You have a degree in business or business law with a focus on human resources, or a comparable education with relevant professional experience.
Ideally, you have gained practical experience in the HR field in the last 13 years.
