Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Sales, Marketing, and Administrative Associate.

This role will play a crucial part in driving sales, executing marketing strategies, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our business.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out new opportunities to expand our customer base.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies and product development.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as order processing, inventory management, and maintaining customer records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop sales targets, strategies, and action plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to remain competitive in the market.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or administrative roles, preferably in the beauty or salon industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Design visually appealing marketing materials, presentations, and social media graphics using tools like Canva to support marketing initiatives.
  • Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Passion for the beauty industry and a keen interest in staying updated on industry trends and developments.
