    We are seeking a dynamic Content Strategist to join our Demand Services team. As we push the boundaries of conventional content marketing, you'll work closely with innovative individuals to focus on content creation, SEO research/strategy, blogging, PR, social media, and brand marketing, particularly in the context of lead generation.     The Day-to-Day
  • Create original content across various formats (blogs, ebooks, videos, infographics, emails, landing pages, sales collateral) leveraging AI tools for efficiency and SEO best practices.
  • Conduct SEO, keyword, and competitive research for content optimization and creation.
  • Contribute to content strategy meetings and workshops, providing data-backed recommendations to attract target personas and align content with marketing goals.
  • Collaborate with SMEs, partners, and internal experts to amplify key messages and improve content visibility and engagement using keyword research and persona development.
  • Demonstrate exemplary writing skills, maintaining client company-specific voices and tones while leveraging AI for inspiration and SEO optimization.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and customer challenges, utilizing SEO research to address customer needs strategically in content creation.
  • Within 30 Days You Will
  • Get to know your team and the broader Services team members.
  • Efficiently onboard and get up to speed on New Breed processes, deliverables, and planning templates.
  • Dig into our tech stack and get established with our platforms and applications.
  • Start developing and optimizing strategies for your client portfolio.
  • Within 60 Days You Will
  • Be up and running with an initial client portfolio that will continue to grow as you successfully ramp in your role.
  • Join client calls to lead the review of content performance and recommendations.
  • Support clients directly on: Developing an SEO and content strategy Executing content creation and optimization Content strategy meetings and workshops Proficiently leveraging New Breed reporting and analytics platforms
  • Within 1 Year You Will
  • Work with your manager to identify and develop new continued learning and training opportunities.
  • Improve process inefficiencies to improve the client journey and internal productivity.
  • Actively contribute to New Breed's blog highlighting thought leadership in content strategy.
  • Who You Are
  • You have 1-3 years of top-notch technical writing and copyediting skills including, but not limited to, technology, bioscience, and pharma (we'll ask for writing samples during the interview process).
  • You can demonstrate experience developing SEO strategies including keyword research and topic cluster development using tools such as SEMRush and AI.
  • You possess the ability to identify high-potential segments and tailor messaging to resonate with them.
  • You have a proven ability to optimize content for search engines, enhance organic search rankings, and drive increased visibility.
  • You stay informed about evolving SEO best practices and algorithm changes to continuously improve content performance.
  • You are goal-focused with a commitment to achieving measurable targets and motivated to exceed performance expectations.
  • Where You'll Work
    This is a Vermont-based role. Please expect to spend 2-3 days a week at our state-of-the-art campus on the shores of Lake Champlain.
