Job Description Salary:
We are seeking a dynamic Project Engineer to join our team in our Lynchburg, Virginia office.

This position will be responsible for the preparation of designs, plans and specifications for municipal and water resource projects.

This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to impact people and communities with their expertise

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get the work done.

The candidte will perform design analyses and calculations using project-related software for hydraulics, hydrology and municipal engineering projects.

This role will utilize surveys and survey reports, maps, drawings and blueprints to complete designs in a timely fashion.

The selected candidate will be the person who has excellent written and verbal communication skills, and isn't afraid to ask questions We want someone who can align themselves with our mission and values - so be sure to read our website for details.

A bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an accredited undergraduate academic institution is required, as is an EIT designation, as conferred by state or commonwealth authorities.

We prefer a minimum of two to five years of professional experience in civil engineering, with strong preference given to those candidates who demonstrate experince in water resources.
