Your responsibilities:

  • You support your branch manager in all aspects of managing, organizing, and motivating your team of 2040 employees
  • This includes optimizing processes behind the scenes, as well as working handson on the sales floor
  • You take care of scheduling and inventory and act as a representative for the branch manager when they are absent
  • Together with your team, you ensure the implementation of our branch concepts, maintain a wellkept store, and provide a great shopping experience for our customers

Your profile:

  • Professional experience in retail or a similar industry, with previous leadership experience in a similarly responsible position
  • Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to inspire and motivate employees
  • Strong decisionmaking skills and resultsoriented mindset
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts
