Job DescriptionDescription:As a member of the IT team, this role is responsible for design and maintenance of Ball's business processes and tools built on SAP's sales, production, transportation, supply chain and FICO related modules, and third-party tools. The Business Analyst will create and maintain close partnership with Business Management and IT Management teams, including collaboration with Business Analysts, Business Support Analysts, and Business Users. The Business Analyst must ensure business procedures are performed efficiently, and proactively identify innovative opportunities to apply new technical and process solutions to meet business needs and create improved customer, employee and supplier experiences, drive sales, reduce cost to serve, and drive profitability.
