What you will be responsible for:

  • As a Logistics Team Leader (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the deployment planning and coordination of your team members.
  • You will manage and organize a warehouse with a focus on maximum efficiency. Additionally, you will be responsible for team organization and development, including conducting employee meetings and trainings, and supporting various projects.
  • You will also be in charge of process control and execution in SAP, including handling special cases and complex transactions.
  • When needed, you will support your team through your own operational work.
  • You will be responsible for conducting warehouse inventories and handling complaints.
  • You enjoy identifying potential for improvement and regularly communicate with adjacent departments.
