Description

We manage and develop our portfolio of around 7,300 rental apartments in a socially and environmentally sustainable manner, and provide construction services for special properties as well as cultural and sports facilities. In addition, we act as a property developer, facility manager, and redevelopment agency according to the German Building Code. We effectively support the demands for living and quality of life in Heidelberg.
We are currently seeking a
Financial Accountant (m/f/d)
to join our "Accounting" department as soon as possible.

Your tasks

Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Reviewing, classifying, and posting business transactions with special VAT considerations
Preparing and submitting tax declarations, such as VAT
Assisting with the processing of property tax and income tax
Creating reports, evaluations, and statistical reports
Responsible for processing loan and asset accounting
Reviewing, classifying, and posting business bank transactions
Processing garnishment and transfer orders
Processing a GGH home purchase model and various leasehold agreements
