$5000 for Licensed Clinicians; $3000 for Unlicensed Clinicians
SAGE Counseling is actively looking for
Full-Time Assessment Clinicians to conduct assessments, diagnosing, and complete intakes for new clients.

Where will you work?:

Assessment Clinicians have the opportunity to work from home; but must reside in Arizona. All equipment needed for this position is provided. We are looking for Clinicians in the Phx Metro
area - Including West Valley, East Valley, and Central Phoenix areas

When will you work?:

Clinicians are full-time employees and work a full schedule Monday through Friday.

What do Clinicians do?:

Conduct assessmentsDiagnosingComplete intakes for new clients

Qualifications:

-
Required: Minimum of a master's degree in a behavioral health related field

Experience completing assessments, treatment plans, and diagnosing required
Behavioral Health Licensure a plus, but not required
Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
