Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team.

The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Artisan Bakery Retail department, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for providing top-notch customer support.


Duties:

• Manage and supervise a team of customer service representatives, as needed going forward
• Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback as needed
• Handle customer inquiries or complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with bakery to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills of the customer service team
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using Toast comuter sysem
• Make outbound calls to customers as necessary

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a customer service management role knowledge of coffee barista setup a big plus
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Spanish a plus not required.
• Proficient in using POS software and other relevant tools
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

$45, $50,000.00 per year
