What you'll do?
As a Site Manager, you will direct manufacturing operations through a team of front-line supervisors and lead employees to ensure efficient use of resources with manpower, materials, and equipment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the financial management of the P&L for the facility.
Effectively lead the workforce, instilling motivation and communicating effectively to
achieve maximum results.
Reviews costs and product quality and modifies production and inventory control programs
to maintain and enhance the profitable operation of the facility.
Ensures compliance with product quality standards and safety regulations.
Acts as a local liaison with customer relationships, conferring with customers and
representatives.
The Site Manager must be skilled in root cause analysis and identify opportunities for
improvement in the plant and in the office management.
Suggests solutions and encourage a culture of problem-solving in the plant.
Control and minimize labor overtime and repair expenses.
Apply sound communication and motivational techniques in supervising, counseling, and
disciplining subordinates.
Implement and document an appropriate performance evaluation for recommending
promotions, wage increases, and terminations.
Maintain existing plant facilities and equipment; replace or adjust plant facilities and
equipment when necessary.
Coordinate activities through planning with department managers to ensure company
objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Provide guidance to the development of pallet repair and sortation process plan, including
personnel requirements, material needs, subcontract requirements, facility needs, and
tooling and equipment needs.
Review production and operating reports and direct the resolution of operational, pallet
repair and sortation, and maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent
operational delays.
Determine responsibilities of assigned organization and staff positions to accomplish
business objectives and maintain vendor relationships.
Education and/or Experience:
Minimum of 5 years in warehousing or production environment leadership role.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related area.
Working knowledge of budgets and financial statements.
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Equipment Maintenance/Mechanical Experience is preferred.
