What to expect from us:

As an employee in quality assurance, you will be responsible for inspecting our aircraft seats.

This important position requires keen attention to detail in order to identify and address any errors or malfunctions early on.

You will be expected to eliminate sources of errors and implement long-term solutions.

Independently conduct all necessary inspections for the approval of our aircraft seats, such as final inspections, measurements, 3D scanning, and evaluation of components using various measuring devices
Create necessary inspection documents
Handle internal and external complaints through defect reports
Conduct root cause and error analysis of complaints, including developing recommendations for action and formulating necessary corrective measures for quality improvement
Implement and monitor short, medium, and longterm corrective actions
Prepare and conduct necessary internal trainings
Assist in coordinating the procurement and management of inspection equipment

Your profile:

You are meticulous in your work and have a passion for high-quality products.

You have a strong technical background, are a reliable team player, and possess the following qualifications:

Successfully completed technical or commercial training with additional education in quality assurance or a comparable qualification
Ideally, professional experience in a responsible position in quality management or quality assurance in a manufacturing company
Experience with measuring devices and measurement software is a plus
Proficient in MS Office
You are resultsoriented and proactive, with a responsible and independent work style, and enjoy working in an innovative and dynamic environment
