Overview:


The Sales/ Business Development Specialist is tasked with assisting with identifying, qualifying winning business for Tier One Aztec a janitorial service company.

Position based at Houston Headqiarters office. Position supports all aspects of Tier One Aztec's Sales program.

Position works in close coordination with VP of Sales/ Business Development to meet /exceed all sales/growth goals for Tier One Aztec.


Responsibilities:


  • Utilize Zoom Info database/CRM to identify/ contact decision makers for Janitorial Services within Fortune 1000 companies.
  • Track all sales calls/ activity in Zoominfo CRM. Document/ log sales activity in Zoominfo CRM.
  • Conduct phone calls/ Zoom calls to discuss janitorial services/RFPs with potential customers.
  • Quality Janitorial opportunities including all aspects of a janitorial opportunity/ target
  • Attend site visits for janitorial opportunities /RFPs. Take detailed notes of sites/ locations walked which will be utilized to price the opportunity working on including staffing estimates.
  • Assist in resource estimates for janitorial opportunities working on including staff estimates.
  • Target/ develop janitorial opportunities with Fortune 100 companies, healthcare (hospitals) and educational institutions.
  • Compile due diligence on janitorial opportunities including information on opportunities, customer information, staffing wages, equipment needs, vehicle needs ie all aspects of effort.
  • Ability to travel instate for instate opportunities, Ability to travel across the U.S. to attend site walks as determined.
  • Conduct phone campaigns on an ongoing basis to generate leads for Sales Program.
  • Qualify Janitorial opportunities/ targets through discussions with customer contacts/ decision makers.
  • Complete online Supplier Diversity registrations with potential customers.
  • Support Transitions of new/ awarded contracts by generating all information new contract and sending to Transition Team.
  • Implements quality improvements process in the accounts and maintains date for measurements.
  • This position reports to the VP of Operations and requires knowledge of general cleaning practices.

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or G.E.D required. College graduate with some experience in sales/ business development capacity preferred. Janitorial industry experience preferred. Healthy/Education sector experience preferred.
  • Ability to utilized Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excell ( Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Ability to travel in region and across U.S. as determined 3060% of time)
  • Ability to maintain company policies and to work in accordance with company goals.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
  • Must be able to establish land maintain positive working relationship with client and internal staff
  • Must maintain professional presentation and appearance and be able to relate to middle and senior management within our customer organizations.

Pay:
From $55,000.00 per year
