Maintenance Manager (m/f/d) at Pigeon Forge

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordination of various preventive and reactive maintenance activities within Bon Gelati Übach-Palenberg
Development of technical and procedural improvement ideas for maintainability and increase of system availability, as well as support in implementation
Management and supervision of planned external contractor assignments, support of external maintenance personnel, and acceptance of services in collaboration with various group leaders
Ensuring sufficient staffing levels in shifts, in coordination with group leaders, colleagues, and superiors
Ensuring maintenance workshop and tool equipment, taking into account economic interests (5S system)
Supporting improvement and participation in cross-functional projects (Total Productive Maintenance and Continuous Improvement projects)

WHAT YOU DELIVER

Successfully completed training as an electrician or a comparable qualification, additionally a certified technician preferably in the field of industrial or production technology
Extensive professional experience in the automation sector required, ideally with knowledge of S7, TIA, Synamic, and WinCC
Expertise in the food and consumer goods industry, as well as in the environment, health, and safety sector, desirable
Experience working with multidisciplinary teams
Advanced English skills in spoken and written form
