"The German Railway is one of the most diverse employers in Germany. Every year, we are looking for over 5,000 apprentices in 50 different professions who want to grow and improve with us.

Starting on September 1st, 2024, we are looking for you to join our 3-year apprenticeship program as a Traffic Service Clerk at the DB InfraGO AG in Osnabrück. The vocational school is located in Burgdorf (near Hannover). During your time at the vocational school, accommodation will be provided by DB.
What to expect during your apprenticeship:
  • You will assist and advise our customers at the DB Information desk and in the mobile service at train stations
  • Learn about travel offers, service and safety measures
  • Use of modern communication and sales systems
  • Gain important knowledge in customer consultation and support, marketing, and project management
Your profile:
  • You have successfully completed (or will soon complete) your education
  • You have good knowledge of foreign languages
  • Customer and service orientation are important to you
  • You can remain calm and organized in difficult situations
  • You are responsible, reliable, flexible, and mobile
