Jump N Jam Playland is a children's party center located in Lansing, IL. We have been in business for nine (9) years.


WEEKEND AVAILABILITY IS A MUST

Party staff positions include:

• Greet and welcome all participants, parents, and/or community members.
• Ensure participants/visitors are present for a specific permitted event.
• Decorate the space to host the Birthday Party.
• Answer questions and/or direct questions to the appropriate person.
• May be required to open, close and secure the building.
• Communicate entertainment promotions
• Be able to share general department operational knowledge.
• When applicable, clear snow and salt program walkway areas.
• Help to create and ensure a safe environment which may include cleanup and general cleaning of spills, etc.
• Work collaboratively with all other district and department personnel.
• Uphold and exemplify department policies and guidelines in all aspects of job
• Communicate all pertinent program information (incidents or injuries, needs, or concerns) to immediate supervisor or operations manager
• Ability to facilitate conflict resolution and independently problemsolve.
• Attend and participate in departmentprovided training, inservices and training.
• Other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor or department administrator.
• Cashier, Concession Stand and Hosting as needed
• Monitor children at play to ensure all safety precautions are followed
• Party Check In

Our party center is open for birthday parties and open play time and we are looking to fill several positions.

Two years of employment customer service experience is required. It's a very fun place to work, but also fast paced.
Applicants must be available to work weekends (No exception).

$ $14.00 per hour
