Good morning,

We are a company that manages the Los Tajetes nursery school in Hoyo de Manzanares, Madrid. We are having a problem with our kitchen gas supply. We have a system of gas canisters that provide gas to our kitchen. We have about 2 modules of canisters, and when one runs out, we switch to the other module using a handle on the gas pipe in the kitchen.

However, yesterday the system started to fail. When we turned the handle (because we had run out of gas), gas started to come out, but not in the usual amount. The flames on the stove are very low and we are unable to increase the gas flow. This is causing difficulties for us as a nursery school, as we are unable to cook.

We would like to request a quote or for someone to come and see what is wrong with the system. Once I have the quote, I will pass it on to my superior for approval. I will then contact you to arrange for the repairs to be done.
