Overview:
As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the frontline representative of our company, providing exceptional service to our valued customers.
Responsibilities:
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Take the extra mile to engage customers and exceed their expectations.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure consistent service delivery.
Requirements:
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
