- This position is responsible for collections, via manual dialing, and manages the receivables in an assigned territory.
- Responds to answering questions from customers and associates pertaining to invoices, contractual terms, restructures, extensions and payments.
- Recommends financial decisions on extensions, formal restructures and contract adjustments.
- Maintains established delinquency and charge-off standards, performing financial analysis as needed on customer accounts to determine risk rating classification, extensions, restructures and reserve requirements.
- Provides monthly statistics and written analysis on assigned territory.

Performs collection and portfolio management activities in accordance with Farm Credit Leasing (FCL) and Farm Credit Administration (FCA) policies, regulations, and standards.
Essential Functions:High school diploma or equivalent.
Work Experience:2 years of experience in collections, financial analysis and/or customer service, preferably in the financial services or agricultural industry required
Physical Exertion Details:Sedentary Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally (Occasionally: activity or condition exists up to 1/3 of the time) and/or a negligible amount of force frequently (Frequently: activity or condition exists from 1/3 to 2/3 of the time) to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
Travel Requirement Details:Occasional Travel occurs infrequently (typically, once a month or less).
About CoBank:The typical base pay range for this role is between $51,942 - $65,538. Compensation may vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.
