WORK DESCRIPTION:

We seek a driven, results-oriented individual to support the network team. This individual's primary responsibilities will include managing the existing wireless aspect of our software-defined network infrastructure and expanding that infrastructure to other locations. The primary responsibilities of this position are:

Inventory of all current wireless infrastructure.
Status checks and issue resolution of any known issues currently in production before expanding to additional sites.
Expand the service-defined network wireless infrastructure to additional campuses and sites.
Create, update, and maintain operational documentation.
Configuration, installation, and management of new access points.
Weekly status reports.
Daily monitoring of system status.
Resolution of tier-1 generic network incidents and requests.
Resolution of tier-2 and 3- technology-specific incidents and requests supporting wireless service.
