For our client Airbus Aerostructures GmbH, we are currently seeking a Project Employee (m/f/d) at the Hamburg-Finkenwerder location as part of temporary employment. The position is initially limited to 24 months.

Your responsibilities include:


The job holder (m/f/d) in this position works as a project employee in the production department for A350 and A330.

In this role, you will coordinate smaller improvement projects in the areas of digitization, occupational safety, and sustainable production processes.

Working closely with management and production, you will develop and implement concepts for improvement. This includes project planning, concept creation and implementation, as well as reporting on all ongoing projects.

  • Implementation and reporting of measures to improve occupational safety, including budget compliance in collaboration with the occupational safety specialist
  • Support in the conception and execution of safety days and campaigns
  • Idea development for energy saving in the production hall and its implementation
  • Implementation of projects within the framework of continuous improvement
  • Analysis and improvement of productionrelated processes
  • Coordination and commissioning of service providers in the production area

Your qualifications:

  • Technical education (at least a master's degree) or a completed degree in mechanical engineering or industrial engineering (m/f/d)
  • Professional experience in the areas of occupational safety, production, IT, and process improvement desired
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel
  • Experience with Google Workspace is an advantage
  • Knowledge of project management
