Overview:

Rhino Machinery is a leading used construction equipment company specializing in buying and selling earthmoving, paving, commercial trucks, and trailers.

We're looking for a high-energy, results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our expanding sales team. The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities for the sales team. This role will manage outbound activities to identify, engage, and deliver qualified prospects to the sales team. Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus.


Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation
• Utilize CRM, social media, and other platforms to identify potential clients.
• Outreach
• Lead Qualification
• Qualify and score inbound and outbound leads based on specific criteria.
• Appointment Setting
• Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified leads and the sales team.
• Follow-Up
• Maintain thorough notes and updates within CRM.
• Reporting
• Regularly report on lead generation metrics and sales funnel status
• Team Collaboration
• Work closely with marketing and sales departments to improve and align strategies.

Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in CRM software
• Ability to work in a fastpaced, teamoriented environment
• Selfstarter with excellent time management skills

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience in an outbound sales role
• Knowledge of the construction equipment industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay:
$ $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
