    Our client is a multinational manufacturing company in the North Denver area, adding a newly created Corporate Tax and Treasury Analyst to their growing team

    About the company and the Corporate Tax and Treasury Analyst position:

    • Build out and develop the tax and treasury processes
    • have autonomy to improve processes
    What the Corporate Tax and Treasury Analyst will do:
    • Responsible for the compilation of tax schedules for the auditors
    • Direct wire transfers to other business units
    • Manage the intercompany treasury transactions
    • Review the interest rate swaps and derivative transactions and calculations
    • Management reporting
    • support the accounting team for month end close and the audit process
    • review existing processes and suggest improvements and standardized practices
    Preferred qualifications for the Corporate Tax and Treasury Analyst:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required
    • 5 years of related experience with Corporate Taxes and Treasury
    • accounting for multiple entities and intercompany experience required
    • Savvy with integrating systems and process improvements
    • enjoy collaborating with multiple teams
