As part of our succession plan for our sales team in the Infrastructure, Industry & Buildings market segment, we are seeking a convincing individual for the role of Sales Manager (m/f/d) for the West region, specializing in civil engineering and construction.

Your responsibilities will include managing sales activities and revenue for our product line focused on protecting and repairing buildings in your region.

You will actively support and lead our field sales team in the market.

You will personally handle major clients and projects and maintain strong relationships with our customers in engineering firms, government agencies, construction, and industry.

With your hands-on mentality, you will provide new sales strategies, independently shape and strengthen our market position, and lead customer events.

You will report directly to the management in Bottrop.

Your profile:

Education and/or degree in civil engineering or construction technology
Professional experience in the construction industry or related field, ideally with sales and leadership experience
Enjoyment in sales, consulting, and personal networking
Inspiring and proactive leader with strong social skills
Structured, resultsoriented, and entrepreneurial thinking and action to develop targeted solutions
