Description

• Develop and execute treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each infestation.
• Install bait stations and other termite control systems as needed.

• Communicate findings and treatment plans to property owners and managers in a clear and professional manner.
• Provide education on preventive measures to reduce the risk of future infestations.

• Maintain accurate records of inspections, treatments, and followup visits.
• Prepare detailed reports for customers and management.

• Ensure all equipment is maintained in good working order and used safely.

• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, treatment methods, and regulatory changes.
• Attend training sessions and obtain necessary certifications.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid state license in Applicators or Branch 3 (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• Previous experience in pest control, specifically termite treatments, is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of termite biology, behavior, and treatment options.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical capability to handle equipment and perform manual labor, including crawling in confined spaces and lifting heavy objects.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Work may involve confined spaces, heights, and crawling under buildings.
• Flexibility to work occasional weekends or evenings as needed.
