Boston Yacht Haven Inn & Marina is currently seeking a full-time Guest Service Agent/Front Desk Agent.

The Guest Service Agent is responsible for:
- maintaining and promoting hospitality at all times
- checking in and out guests from the inn & marina softwares
- providing restaurant recommendations and concierge services
- making reservations
- welcoming and serving all guests in a courteous, efficient and friendly manner, both face-to-face and on the phone; and ensuring guest needs are being met
- assisting in other departments
- other duties as assigned by management

This individual must have good professional judgment and ability to work independently. Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills required.


Must be a multi-tasker and a team player to assist other employees in providing a first-class hotel experience to our guests.

Prefer two years hospitality experience or Bachelor's Degree in Hotel or Hospitality Management. Ability to work holidays and weekends is necessary. Flexibility is a plus. Full training is provided.


This is a perfect opportunity for someone looking to grow and develop in a luxury hotel/marina setting or someone with excellent customer service skills.

Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time and lift, carry and push up to 20 lbs.
