_ for this warehouse position_

Up to $20/hour
Distribution Associates at ifm play a vital role to customer satisfaction.

This shipper / picker / packer role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment to quickly and accurately fulfill orders for timely shipment.

This position resides in our _brand new state-of-the-art distribution center_ located in Downingtown, PA. The brightly lit center is temperature-controlled, and has amenities onsite including a fitness center free to employees.

Picking, packing, shipping, and replenishment orders using a paperless process and wearable technology.
Additional warehouse responsibilities may include inbound receiving, quality inspections and value add activities as well as other miscellaneous duties associated with a distribution center position.
Opportunities to crosstrain in other distribution center functions.
Hours are 10:00 am to 6:30 pm OR 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
1+ year/s of experience working in a distribution or warehouse environment as a picker, packer, shipper, or in a similar role preferred.
Mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, percentages and fractions, required.
Ability to sit, stand, walk, lift, pull, push and reach in varying amounts required.
Must be able to lift 4050 lbs.
Wearable technology on forearm and tethering to index finger for use of laser to scan storage bin locations for products. Weight of device is 1lb.
Must have reliable transportation.
High School Diploma or GED required.
