What You Will Do In Your Role:

You will be responsible for all operational aspects of the case management department

You will be responsible for recommending sufficient number of qualified and competent personnel to provide care, financial and clinical management, and the provision and development of professional leadership

You will established departmental goals and objectives that ensure high quality, cost-effective patient care, while working collaboratively to integrate the goals of the department and facility.
What Qualifications You Will Need:

Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License:

Graduated from an accredited school of nursing with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required

Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is required:

Minimum 2 years supervisory or management experience is preferred

Minimum 3 years hospital case management experience is required

Case Management certification is preferred.
